For me the lyrics represent a conversation between lucifer and a believer in Christ.
This may or may not be anything like the meaning "Que Lazzarus" intended. Interestingly enough Lazzarus is the name of one who Christ rose from the dead (darkness)! And Also the name of one who lived a rough life in comparision with a rich man yet His destination was greater! (the Kingdom of G-d).
Anyway, my take on the meaning:
[Background] The devil always likes to accuse us before G-d while yet holding up His own understanding and pride, attempting to lead us unto death/destruction while also calling us unto his ideologies and ways (Heb.2:14/ Gen.3:5/ Is.14/ Eze.28/ 2 Thess 2).
[Indepth Background] Those with some understanding of the aions in "time" according to the bible will have a greater understanding of the simplicity of my take on these lyrics. Aions- earth Ages: In which we are currently in the second. The first being when we were all in Spirit Form (only) Together, which ended in the begining of the Spiritual War that rages today. lucifer gave life to rebellion/sin/evil within himself according to his Own will (pride). This brought about the "katabole" which marked the transitionfrom the 1st aion to the present (2nd). For documentation on this chackout The blog "The Earth Ages".
I will touch on what i see in the lyrics posted here as the lyrics go forward. As for the title. A Horse is known for its dedication to its master in the way it even charges into battle/ towards death, with its master. Trusting, Faithful, Brave, and selfless! Physical horses are a form of transport on the physical earth and yet the earth is but a small portion of the Heavens. The Word was written in the heavens long before it was written on Papper (yet some began to worship the signs rather than the message). So the song is basically about overcoming death and becoming one with The Almighty (and all things).
